COATED:
We manufacture state-of-the-art coated steel tubing
in all our grades of steel. Our unique re-metalizing
of the welded seam with aluminum or zinc, ensures the
highest level of corrosion protection.
Aluminized
One of our most popular products, aluminized tubing
is produced for HVAC, appliance, and automobile exhaust
systems.
Galvanized
Manufactured for a variety of applications such as interior
automotive tubing, windshield wiper brackets, and conveyor
belts.
Galvalume
An aluminum/zinc alloy coating, galvalume has a long
life, and is especially suited for agricultural applications
and other exposed surfaces.
Galvannealed
Especially suited for applications that require weldability,
especially spot welding, galvannealed steel tubing supplies
the foreign auto market, primarily for its exceptional
paint-ability.
Electro-Galvanized
Our electro-galvanized steel tubing is manufactured
for automotive fuel filler tubes and other applications
not requiring severe heat resistance.
Zinc Nickel
To dramatically extend the life of a tube even in severely
fabricated applications like automotive fuel filler
tubes, our Zinc Nickel coating provides extreme elasticity
and formability.

Stainless Steel 409
For high heat resistant applications such as furnace
heat exchangers and automotive exhausts. Our customized
welding process eliminates the need for an additional
annealing process, resulting in cost savings to our
customers. We offer round stainless steel tubing primarily
in 1" to 3" OD.
Cold Rolled
Ordered only from prime US mills to meet your requirements
for each application. This assures a consistent product
each time you re-order and also minimizes tooling adjustments
on your end.
Hot Rolled
Hot rolled carbon steel tubing Pickled & Oiled offered
in the following grades of steel - CS (A&B), DS
(A&B) and High Strength Low Alloy. We supply applications
such as gas manifolds, automotive seat frames, and go-carts.
