ISO Certifications - Middletown Tube Work's Quality Management System is designed to ensure conformance to customer requirements while focusing on process based improvements allowing our customers to increase efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. We hold a registration certificate from 3rd party registrar SRI for ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2008 (Certificate 008776, Registration 3271-01). Additionally, for our automotive customers, we are also registered by SRI to ISO/TS 16949:2009 (Certificate 008775, IATF Certificate 0067217, registration 3271-01). Historically, Middletown Tube Works has continuously maintained registration in International Standards dating back to 1995, including ISO/TS-16949:2002, ISO-9001:2000, QS-9000:1998 and ISO-9001:1994. |

WBENC provides and manages the development, enforcement and implementation of its gold standard of certification, which is nationally accepted by thousands of major corporations and a select group of government entities. WBENC certification is a rigorous, multi-faceted business application and review process that is conducted by a trained Certification Review Committee to ensure that women owned businesses applying for certification are 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or group of women. This stipulation is a requirement on which WBENC was founded as a key service to Corporate Members interested in doing business with women owned businesses. |

Industry Standards - Tubing is manufactured in accordance with applicable industry-wide standards, including ASTM A513, ASTM A787 and JIS G3445 (carbon tubing), and ASTM A268 (stainless steel tubing - non-annealed). Additionally, customer specific material specifications are well reviewed during the contract review and APQP process to ensure your specific requirements are able to be met. |

Independent Testing - Middletown Tube Works has an on-site, independent laboratory, Metallurgical Solutions Inc. (MSI). MSI is A2LA certified to ISO/IEC 17025 (Certificate 2037.01) which is utilized for detailed failure analysis as well as mechanical and chemical composition testing. | |
